Fullstack Web Developer, Marketing (Next.js)

Location: Remote within the USA; compensation varies by work location, with specific ranges for San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle.

Base salary: $165,000–$210,000 in San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle; $150,000–$190,000 elsewhere in the USA. Equity and a 10% bonus are also offered.

What you will do

• Own the deepgram.com codebase, GitHub repository, branching strategy, CI/CD, architecture, and code review process.
• Refresh and scale the marketing website built with Next.js, React, Sanity, and Vercel.
• Maintain Sanity schemas, reusable modules, staging and production environments, and publishing workflows.
• Build the website QA program, scalable staging environment, design system, component library, and experimentation infrastructure.
• Lead internationalization and localization architecture, including locale URLs, routing, hreflang, and localized content workflows.
• Implement technical SEO, LLM discoverability, marketing operations integrations, security audits, forms, gated content, and attribution instrumentation.

Requirements

• Experience owning marketing websites and enterprise repositories, including branching, CI/CD, and code review.
• Strong experience with Next.js, modern React, headless CMS architecture, Sanity, and Vercel.
• Demonstrated AI-native development using agents and AI tooling for building, reviewing, and QA.
• Experience with internationalization, locale routing, multi-region infrastructure, and production A/B testing.
• Technical leadership experience directing or reviewing agency developers.
• Must be based in the USA; the role is fully remote within the USA.
