Senior Strategy & Operations Manager (Psychiatry)

Location: Remote - United States; must be based in the United States. Currently not hiring in Hawaii.

Salary: $166,000–$192,850 annual base salary, plus equity; no bonus.

What you will do

• Define long-term strategy and growth plans for the psychiatry business.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, service launches, business lines, partnerships, and adjacent markets.
• Research, scope, and pilot new services and scalable initiatives.
• Analyze patient and payor lifetime value and improve business unit economics.
• Build financial models, analyze data, and translate strategy into operating models and execution plans.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, corporate strategy, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex financial models, advanced formulas, and large-dataset analysis.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable operating models, analytics, and cross-functional execution plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to independently lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Must be based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth technology company, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience leading annual, strategic, or company-wide operational planning.
• Experience launching and scaling new products, services, business lines, or other 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Experience evaluating M&A, partnerships, adjacent markets, or corporate development opportunities.
