Senior Financial Analyst CT (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Employees must be able to work up to five days in the office when required.

Salary: $111,590–$123,990 annually, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Produce monthly financial reports, annual budgets, and monthly year-end forecasts for operational groups.
• Develop financial performance reporting and analyze budget-versus-actual and forecast-versus-actual results for expense and capital projects.
• Review project financials, identify anomalies and discrepancies, and communicate findings to management.
• Prepare financial projections, reports, and presentations for management and senior leadership.
• Monitor capital projects for compliance with spending thresholds and support rate case timelines, strategies, and proceedings.
• Participate in emergency response assignments when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Five or more years of related experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial and economic methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Microsoft Suite applications.

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
