Data Analyst (12 Month FTC)

Location: The Acre, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working, averaging one day per month in the office.

Salary: £51,600–£64,500 per year.

What you will do

• Support the modernization of customer-facing platforms and the introduction of flexible subscription and eCommerce capabilities.
• Plan, execute, validate, and reconcile customer and subscription data migrations across systems.
• Establish and maintain data quality frameworks, controls, automated validation processes, and governance documentation.
• Design scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making.
• Manage catalogue and content data flows, metadata integration, and operational readiness across technology and business teams.
• Diagnose issues, drive root-cause resolution, and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong data visualization and reporting experience with Power BI or Tableau, plus advanced Excel.
• Strong SQL skills, including transformation logic, and working proficiency in Python or an equivalent tool for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with data quality frameworks, governance, Azure, and cloud-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and transformation projects.
• Working familiarity with structured content formats, particularly XML, including file-level issue diagnosis.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage ambiguity, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, subscription or eCommerce data, catalogue, PIM, or content management systems.
• Familiarity with ETL or orchestration tools, APIs, Git, data lakes, or standards publishing.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement experience.
