Senior Data Analyst (Compliance)

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (2-3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications and technical roadmaps.
• Define North Star metrics and KPIs to ensure cross-departmental alignment and eliminate data silos.
• Create source-to-target mappings, logic flowcharts, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design scalable pipelines using business logic and transformation rules.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate transformation logic and data integrity before deployment.
• Build high-adoption reporting solutions in Tableau and PowerBI to communicate business stories to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in a Senior Analyst or Analytics Consultant role.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data exploration and validation.
• Proficiency with DBT, Git, and visualization tools like Tableau, Mode, or PowerBI.
• Ability to translate vague business requests into structured data projects with specific schemas and logic.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work model.
• Employment: Availability for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
