Senior Financial Analyst (Finance)

Location: US Remote

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate business expense performance to management and business partners.
• Review and approve expense requisitions and identify items outside budget parameters.
• Develop financial benchmarks, reporting, ad-hoc analyses, and operating forecasts.
• Support the accounting close process and audit reporting.
• Design scalable processes for reporting key business metrics and drive cost-reduction and process-improvement projects.
• Handle Protected Health Information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VBA macros built from scratch, and lookup functions.
• Strong financial systems and database application skills; QlikView is preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Completion of required HIPAA, privacy, compliance, and security training within the first 30 days.

• Experience supporting an R&D or engineering organization.
• Experience with QlikView.
