Military Training Analyst V

What you will do

• Direct advanced military training analysis, scenario validation, and training improvement efforts.
• Analyze AR 700-127 and ADP 4-0 to ensure scenarios reflect current combat sustainment tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Serve as the primary liaison to Centers of Excellence and operational units, including conducting Soldier Touchpoints.
• Create complex training scenarios and digital twins of logistical hubs such as ports and railheads for the Synthetic Training Environment.
• Analyze staff operations and the deployment and employment of combat, combat support, and combat service support units.
• Represent doctrine, tactics, staff operations, and deployment expertise at materiel and combat developer events.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Secret level.
• Expert-level experience in military operations, training strategy, exercise design, doctrine development, operational analysis, or military education.
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging tactics, techniques, procedures, operational concepts, and training requirements.
• Proven ability to lead complex analytical efforts and turn findings into strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in an office/warehouse environment and perform the listed physical duties, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
