What you will do

• Communicate with safety drivers in an energetic and professional manner.
• Track and document the progress of autonomous runs throughout the shift.
• Manage and update information within the company's Truck Management System.
• Set driver schedules, including potential weekend and night shifts.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
• Troubleshoot autonomous system issues and assist with AV system health checks.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as the role may involve national security-related projects.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Office suite (spreadsheets, docs, drive).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a call center or similar high-stress environment is preferred.
