Subcontract Manager Staff

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas; part-time remote telework combined with work at a designated hirify.global facility. Travel is required when needed, at less than 25%. Relocation may be available.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including drafting, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
• Create purchase orders, process change orders, and reconcile invoices.
• Coordinate with program managers, engineers, supplier quality, and subcontractor leadership to resolve technical and schedule risks.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against contract terms, milestones, and key performance indicators.
• Lead risk assessments, mitigation plans, and corrective actions.
• Maintain records in the GSC system, prepare status reports and executive briefings, and improve subcontracting processes.

Requirements

• Prior supply chain experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; a company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel when required, less than 25%.
• Compliance with corporate policies, FAR/DFARS, and export control regulations.
