What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–10 people across research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.
• Manage experiments from idea through build, launch, and analysis.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and ensure delivery stays on track.
• Build and maintain a roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments.
• Communicate plans, progress, and results to clients in weekly meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining clarity and momentum.

Requirements

• Strong organization and diligence, with an ability to use systems, checklists, and timelines.
• Proactive communication with clients and teammates, including early risk reporting and asking for support when needed.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand technology and design, recognize patterns, and ask effective questions.
• Prior A/B testing or formal project management experience is not required; training is provided.
• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
