Compliance and Privacy Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Gibraltar or the Isle of Man

What you will do

• Own and evolve the compliance and privacy framework, including policies, controls, governance, and risk assessments.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes, assess their impact, and coordinate required actions across the business.
• Oversee GDPR and data protection compliance, including ROPAs, DPIAs, data subject rights, retention policies, and privacy by design.
• Advise Legal, Product, Technology, HR, Finance, and senior leadership on practical compliance requirements.
• Manage third-party due diligence, compliance incidents, data breaches, audit support, and related documentation.
• Build and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, privacy, data protection, or regulatory work within technology, gaming, fintech, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of GDPR and data protection law, plus an understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Experience building and implementing compliance policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to advise operational teams and senior leadership and explain complex requirements clearly.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving solutions.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or ICA.
