Software Intern Student - RealTime Drivers (Automotive Embedded)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; flexible work hours and a work-from-home policy are available.

What you will do

• Develop embedded system-level software for real-time drivers according to the AUTOSAR automotive standard.
• Create and maintain production code and tests for different product components.
• Plan, design, and implement new software solutions independently.
• Develop demonstrations for software and hardware features and validate software products.
• Work with a software development team developing components for next-generation automotive systems.

Requirements

• Programming experience with ANSI C.
• General knowledge of CPU and computer architecture.
• Debugging skills for embedded targets and low-level software.
• Spoken and written English and Romanian language knowledge are required.
• The role may include security-related tasks and work within security certification scope, requiring a conscious and reliable working style.

Nice to have

• Automotive and general-purpose communication protocols.
• AUTOSAR standard knowledge.
• ARM architecture.
• Makefiles and scripting languages.
