Functional Owner (Telematics)

What you will do

• Plan, control, and monitor tasks in assigned Telematics domain, tracking SW module integration into projects
• Technically lead assigned team members
• Analyze and clarify requirements, interfaces, architecture, and timelines with customers, hirify.global domains, and suppliers
• Support project leads on requirements evaluation and change requests; provide status reporting
• Manage problems and issue tickets in the domain; support proof-of-concept activities
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global processes, Automotive SPICE, and methods like SAFe

Requirements

• University degree (MSc/BSc)
• Minimum 5 years in embedded systems (preferably automotive); 8+ years in SW development (OOA/OOD/OOP)
• Strong knowledge of automotive system/SW engineering; analytical skills and embedded SW understanding
• Experience in technical coordination of engineering teams
• Excellent communication, technical presentation skills, and customer/OEM collaboration
• Self-driven, autonomous, systematic; good English skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Infotainment/Telematics and Automotive projects
• C/C++, Linux, SW architecture (UML), MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, ALM, DOORS
• SW processes (V-Model, ASPICE); agile methods (SAFe)
