Digital Shark: (Market Place Affiliates - Early Talent) (Affiliate Marketing)

What you will do

• Build the affiliate presence for a defined market across major marketplaces, including Amazon, Mercado Libre, and Takealot.
• Launch 100 pieces of affiliate content during the first 30-day sprint.
• Identify, contact, and onboard creators and affiliate partners in the market.
• Test affiliate initiatives, track performance by format, creator, and category, and identify conversion trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Digital Marketing to optimize marketplace pages for affiliate traffic.
• Prepare recommendations, stakeholder updates, and contributions to the affiliate Centre of Excellence playbook.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working with ambiguity and limited existing processes.
• Interest in creators, content, social commerce, and online purchasing behavior.
• Analytical skills and ability to use data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Confident communication, collaboration, prioritization, and willingness to learn.
• Working fluency in English is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is expected.

Nice to have

• Exposure to affiliate, influencer, or creator marketing, including personal content creation.
• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Impact, Levanta, Creator Connections, or similar affiliate tracking and attribution platforms.
• Additional language skills relevant to the market.
