Sales Administrator (IoT)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
• Process sales orders accurately and on time.
• Update and maintain customer and sales information in Salesforce.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales-related documentation.
• Support the Sales team with reports, data, and administrative requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order processing and sales operations.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, sales support, sales operations, or a similar administrative role.
• Previous experience with a CRM system; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
