Sales Administration Specialist (all genders)

Location: Hybrid work in Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland

What you will do

• Receive and enter customer purchase orders into SAP accurately and efficiently.
• Validate and correct data to maintain SAP database integrity.
• Resolve order-related questions and obstacles with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process improvement opportunities and completing improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales administration or order management position.
• Good written and spoken Polish and English; English at minimum B2 level.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of complex business processes.
• Customer-oriented and service-oriented approach.
