What you will do
- Process accounts payable and expense transactions accurately and on time.
- Process expenses, invoices, and remittances.
- Verify mathematical accuracy and required approvals for expenditure claims.
- Maintain organized files for supplier invoices and expense reports.
- Support the Finance team and business unit leadership.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or post-secondary education focused on business, accounting, or finance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
