Salary: $63,360–$114,120 annually; location-specific ranges may apply. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support the design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of AI and data-driven solutions.
• Build AI applications, generative AI solutions, intelligent agents, conversational experiences, RAG solutions, APIs, integrations, and automation capabilities.
• Collect, cleanse, transform, validate, and prepare structured and unstructured data for AI, machine learning, and analytics.
• Create data workflows, reusable scripts, pipelines, training data, features, and evaluation datasets.
• Evaluate model performance, response quality, scalability, data quality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders while participating in agile development, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in software engineering, AI, machine learning, data engineering, analytics, or a related technical field.
• Working knowledge of Python or a similar programming language and a basic understanding of software development and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with data structures, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, or modern development tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Curiosity and demonstrated interest in emerging AI and data technologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, retrieval systems, intelligent automation, SQL, ETL/ELT, or data pipelines.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, DevOps, MLOps, visualization, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
• Certifications in AI, cloud, data, or software engineering technologies.
