Musketeer - On Premise Specialist (Sales)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; travel 20–30%.

Salary: $72,000–$108,000 base salary per year, plus cash incentives.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global across restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events.
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, business partners, customers, and industry experts.
• Own on-premise sales and marketing activities in the local market.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities, then develop strategies and tools to win them.
• Use sales, negotiation, and consulting skills to increase customer and hirify.global earnings.
• Negotiate long-term partnership agreements and develop creative marketing solutions.

Requirements

• Established industry contacts or the ability to build them quickly.
• Experience in beverage, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, sales process knowledge, and ability to analyze sales and customer data.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with iPhones, iPads, custom applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be at least 21 years old; bachelor's degree preferred.
