Senior Manager, Retail Policy Governance (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, four days per week in the office and one day working from home, in Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; Omaha, NE; or Orlando, FL. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Shape and evolve the retail policy framework for Retail Supervision and Risk Management.
• Lead strategic policy initiatives with business, legal, compliance, subject matter, and risk partners.
• Establish policy standards and best practices across business lines.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical policies and procedures.
• Lead working groups, manage initiative timelines, and communicate changes and expectations.
• Develop metrics and reporting to provide transparency into policy-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a JD is a plus.
• 8–10 years of experience in the broker-dealer financial services industry, including at least 5 years developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures for a broker-dealer or RIA.
• Strong knowledge of broker-dealer and advisory rules and regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Series 7, 9/10, or 24 certification is strongly preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
