What you will do
- Lead legal strategy across crypto regulation, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and B2B SaaS matters.
- Partner with executive, security, technology, and product leadership from the earliest stages of product development.
- Own regulatory strategy for crypto payments, processing, wallets, custody, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Manage SaaS and API agreements, enterprise contracts, SLAs, data processing agreements, and outsourcing arrangements.
- Lead operational resilience and information security compliance, including DORA, GDPR, and ICT and outsourcing requirements.
- Monitor regulatory developments, assess product impact, and support expansion into new markets and jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in crypto, digital assets, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Solid working knowledge of MiCA and other crypto regulatory regimes.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical product and architecture decisions.
- Experience with DORA, GDPR, and ICT and outsourcing requirements.
- Technical fluency and confidence working with CTO, CISO, and Product teams.
- English required.
