Field Service Representative (Papermaking Equipment)

Location: Appleton, WI, United States; on-site service work at customer facilities across North America.

What you will do

• Lead and perform on-site repair and preventive maintenance services at customer facilities in accordance with contract requirements.
• Support the performance of large-scale papermaking equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and programmable control issues.
• Prepare high-quality, timely field reports with recommendations to improve customer processes and systems.

Requirements

• Two- or four-year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Papermaking Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a technical role within the papermaking industry or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mechanical background or knowledge of controls and automation systems.

Nice to have

• PLC programming experience and knowledge of Rockwell Software.
