Relationship Associate (Automotive Finance)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; residence within the Oklahoma City market is expected, with frequent travel of 25–50% within the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs.
• Identify dealer needs and promote relevant financing products and campaigns.
• Manage customer accounts and support dealer growth through performance-focused discussions.
• Service accounts, mitigate customer-account risk, and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, dedicated transportation.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25–50% within the Oklahoma City market.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to a multifaceted environment, and maintain productivity.
• Ability to use required technology, including mobile applications and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong accountability for local goals and business targets.

Nice to have

• Previous automotive industry experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Spanish and English bilingual skills.
