Strategy Director, Media Strategy (AI-Driven Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead strategic responses and pitch narratives, delivering data-driven insights to client teams.
• Shape media strategy and communications for an integrated client as the senior strategy practitioner.
• Lead internal strategy workstreams, planning and insight training, and agency brainstorms.
• Present strategic work in agency forums and identify and develop award entries.
• Track media and marketing trends, contribute to thought leadership, and participate in external events.
• Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders and collaborate across the agency.

Requirements

• Knowledge of both ATL and digital media channels.
• Ability to articulate client challenges clearly and translate them into actionable instructions for media planning teams.
• Experience or understanding of media effectiveness best practices.
• Strong strategic thinking, writing, speaking, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with key clients and agency stakeholders.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
