What you will do

• Lead, coach and support a team of Campaign Sales Coordinators.
• Oversee the accurate planning, booking and delivery of airtime campaigns.
• Resolve complex planning queries and escalations while meeting client and agency deadlines.
• Monitor campaign accuracy, reporting and revenue tracking to help protect commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Commercial Operations on campaign delivery.
• Identify improvements to processes, systems and ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in campaign planning, media operations, advertising or commercial support.
• Previous people management or coaching experience.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confidence using data, technology and AI-enabled tools to improve performance.
