What you will do

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of SEO/AEO associates.
• Define and execute the enterprise SEO/AEO strategy to drive acquisition and pipeline growth.
• Establish and advance AEO capabilities to ensure visibility across AI-driven discovery platforms.
• Influence product, IT, and content roadmaps to prioritize search impact and drive enterprise adoption.
• Develop executive-level measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for search performance.
• Implement experimentation frameworks to validate and scale new SEO and AEO tactics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SEO experience with strategy ownership in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing digital marketing teams.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, search algorithms, and AI-driven search features.
• Proven experience with AEO/GEO concepts and entity-based discovery.
• Proficiency with BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and technical SEO fundamentals like site architecture.
