What you will do

• Set and articulate the creative vision across copy, design, film, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
• Develop platform-level thinking to modernize brand expression and ensure cultural resonance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, translating business objectives into inspiring creative briefs.
• Oversee end-to-end production of integrated 360 campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Mentor and grow a multi-disciplinary team of creative talent.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading global or multi-market creative teams.
• Expertise in integrated channels including film, social, experiential, and commerce.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for high-stakes stakeholder environments.
• Deep production experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in London, UK
