New Client Investment Consultant (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Westlake, Texas, United States

Salary: $28.37 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Engage prospects and new retail clients through inbound and outbound calls, referrals, and email.
• Conduct needs-based discovery to identify business development opportunities.
• Assist with new account openings and position relevant products and solutions.
• Understand client goals and refer clients to branch Financial Consultants when appropriate.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Build client trust and confidence through effective communication and influence.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in financial services.
• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Valid and active FINRA Series 66 license required; Series 63/65 may be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, maintain attention to detail, and work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Financial business development experience.
