IT Team Lead

Location: Full-time onsite presence in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum

hirify.global is recruiting for a Leeds-based charity operating in a values-driven healthcare setting.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day IT service delivery and provide senior technical support.
• Lead, support, coach, and develop a small team of technicians.
• Support infrastructure, security, workplace technology, legacy on-premises systems, and end-user devices.
• Drive cloud adoption, SharePoint improvements, and the transition to a modern helpdesk capability.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, external partners, the Head of IT, and end users across several sites.
• Contribute to digital transformation, automation, long-term IT strategy, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience line managing a technical team.
• Hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and end-user devices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Entra, Intune, and Azure.
• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Clear communication skills and experience managing suppliers or external partners.
