Senior Manager, Reporting and Consolidation (Finance)

Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Only Green Card holders or US citizens will be considered.

What you will do

• Own US general accounting, global consolidation, intercompany accounting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Oversee international accounting operations and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain NetSuite as a reconciled source of truth for accounting and financial reporting data.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, disclosures, audit deliverables, and support external and statutory audits.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on US GAAP, IFRS, ASC 606, ASC 842, business combinations, and foreign currency matters.
• Lead M&A accounting and integration activities while managing and developing the reporting and consolidation team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including several years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Strong experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, US general ledger accounting, and multi-entity global operations.
• Experience with international statutory reporting, audits across multiple jurisdictions, and external auditors.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including business combinations, ASC 606, and ASC 842.
• Experience reconciling data between an ERP or general ledger and downstream reporting, consolidation, and FP&A processes.
• US citizenship or a Green Card is required.
