VP, Accounting and Financial Control (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounting oversight for all legal entities across the Group.
• Review and challenge accounting outputs, financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L results for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Supervise complex corporate accounting activities covering debt, acquisitions and dispositions, intercompany transactions, and corporate journals.
• Partner with FP&A and Finance Business Partners to explain financial performance, accounting impacts, and commercial drivers.
• Maintain financial governance, support internal and external audits, and improve reporting quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the Accounting & Reporting team while aligning with Accounting Operations, Accounting Policy, and External Reporting leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting within a complex multinational organization.
• Deep knowledge of financial accounting, consolidations, legal entity reporting, balance sheet and P&L management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
• CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification, plus a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading high-performing finance teams and partnering with FP&A and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, influencing, and continuous improvement skills.
