Senior Manager Accounting

hirify.global operates a newly established manufacturing plant supported by U.S. and global finance functions.

What you will do

• Lead month-end close activities, account reconciliations, trial balance review, financial statement preparation, disclosures, and stakeholder reporting packages.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed asset, cash management, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and purchase-to-pay activities.
• Implement and maintain internal controls supporting SOX compliance and coordinate audit requests with internal and external auditors.
• Support SAP S/4HANA initiatives through user acceptance testing, issue resolution, reporting optimization, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Coordinate with manufacturing finance, corporate accounting, tax advisors, IT, FP&A, and global finance teams to resolve reporting and intercompany issues.
• Set department goals, develop staff, supervise GL and AP personnel, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a similar ERP and core accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, and inventory.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with internal controls and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English is required; Mandarin is a plus. CPA, LucaNet, QlikView, and Hyperion experience are preferred.
