Senior Specialist, Finance (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Westlake, TX or Lone Tree, CO

Salary: $35.05–$58.65 per hour, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Lead the integration of KPIs and operational metrics into financial reporting across the STS FP&A team.
• Create reporting solutions and drive adoption of Technology Business Management and Total Cost of Ownership data.
• Partner with subject matter experts to improve visibility into technology costs.
• Support forecasting for STS Next transformation programs, STS Business Operations, and Enterprise Transformation.
• Support internally developed software capitalization and improve forecasting processes and financial systems.
• Perform ad hoc expense-impact analysis and maintain a sound risk management and control environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance.
• Experience with financial planning and scenario modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics and PeopleSoft Financials.
• Ability to structure analytical problems, evaluate financial forecasts, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
