Principal Content Model Lead

Location: Poland - Remote

Salary: $187,500–$275,000 annual base salary for Poland-based roles; offers may exceed this range.

What you will do

• Define and own content templates and structural standards for user guides, playbooks, decision pathways, and other artifact types.
• Design patterns for transforming raw consulting artifacts and captured knowledge into structured, customer-facing content.
• Guide Solution Development Managers, subject-matter experts, consultants, and vendors in producing consistent outputs.
• Review content during production and establish quality gates for structure, completeness, clarity, and usability.
• Align content structures with platform data models and user experience requirements in partnership with knowledge, architecture, and engineering stakeholders.
• Improve reuse, modularity, scalability, navigation, and system efficiency across solutions and industries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, information architecture, or structured content systems.
• Experience defining content templates, standards, or structured content frameworks at scale.
• Strong ability to translate complex domain knowledge into clear, usable formats.
• Experience with content platforms or structured data environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, information science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience designing structured content systems used across multiple teams or products.
• Ability to connect content, data, and user experience from a systemic perspective.
• Pragmatic approach to defining standards without over-engineering.
