Technical Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote - United States; Remote - NYC, New York

Annual salary: $181,000–$207,675. Equity and a 10% annual bonus are also offered.

hirify.global builds blockchain infrastructure for tokenizing, custodizing, trading, and settling assets for financial institutions and supports digital asset brokerage, payments, and financial products.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global products and services post-sale with customer technical and operational teams across Brokerage, Money Movement, Orchestration, Tokenization, and Dashboard.
• Provide customer education, implementation consulting, project management, test design, best-practice recommendations, technical guidance, and testing support.
• Prioritize and deliver daily technical and operational requests, including intake, routing, SLAs, and status communication.
• Own integration health and reliability through monitoring, alerts, error recovery, reconciliations, data-quality checks, and sandbox-to-production environment hygiene.
• Manage releases, API and schema updates, configurations, entitlements, keys, certificates, IP allowlists, maintenance windows, runbooks, and rollback plans.
• Enable new capabilities, modify and validate integrations, support go-live readiness, and codify shared learnings through patterns, FAQs, runbooks, and usage, SLA, and error reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Implementation Consulting or Technical Account Management experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Track record of delivering complex technical implementations spanning multiple quarters with enterprise customers.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to lead API integrations.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
