Technical Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote - United States; Remote - NYC, New York

Salary: $181,000–$207,675 annual base salary, plus equity, bonus, and a 10% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global products and services with customer technical and operational teams across brokerage, money movement, orchestration, and tokenization.
• Provide customer education, implementation consulting, project management, test design, technical guidance, and testing support.
• Prioritize technical and operational requests, manage SLAs, coordinate support routing, and communicate status to account managers and clients.
• Own integration health through monitoring, alerts, error recovery, reconciliations, data quality checks, and environment management from sandbox to production.
• Manage releases, API and schema updates, configurations, entitlements, keys, certificates, IP allowlists, maintenance windows, runbooks, and rollback plans.
• Document reusable patterns, FAQs, runbooks, usage reports, SLA reports, and error reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation consulting or technical account management within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience delivering complex technical implementations for enterprise customers over multiple quarters.
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to lead API integrations.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
