What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models for hirify.global Flow Studio, an AI-powered VFX platform.
• Manage and mentor machine learning engineers and researchers while promoting technical excellence and collaboration.
• Define and execute the machine learning strategy, identifying opportunities to improve product capabilities and user experience.
• Partner with engineering, product, creative, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI solutions into production workflows and tools.
• Provide technical oversight across model architecture, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and scalable ML pipelines.
• Apply advances in machine learning, computer vision, computer graphics, and generative models to VFX and animation challenges.

Requirements

• Proven machine learning experience with strong expertise in computer vision, computational graphics, or generative AI.
• Experience delivering machine learning models into production environments, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative technology.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating across disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to ethical AI development, including fairness, transparency, and data privacy compliance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, or real-time engines such as Unreal Engine, Blender, or Maya.
