Fullstack Developer (React)

Location: New York, United States

Base pay: $150,000–$200,000 USD per year, plus discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain internal analytical tools and dashboards for product, platform, and business workflows.
• Build single-page applications using React and component libraries such as Tailwind or Material UI.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and intuitive workflows.
• Use SQL and Polars for reporting, analysis, and application data needs.
• Support testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
• Improve dashboard usability, performance, scalability, and maintainability while partnering with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in web development, analytics, or related technical roles.
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in complex SQL queries and relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Understanding of database design, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Experience with REST/JSON middleware, caching, data visualization, logging, search, queuing systems, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, web servers, monitoring, load balancing, and job schedulers.
