Senior Product Manager - Growth (Fintech)

Location: London office or remote within the UK, with at least monthly meetings in London

Salary: £100,000–£125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-linked incentive awards

What you will do

• Own a key area within the Growth domain, covering acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and referrals.
• Set the product vision and strategy for high-velocity, customer-centric growth experiences.
• Optimise sign-up flows, remove activation friction, and design seamless new-user journeys.
• Build experimentation capabilities and define, deliver, and measure customer and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
• Communicate product context and inspire teams to deliver against a shared vision.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a growth product manager in a fast-growing company.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and shipping consumer products.
• Track record of driving top-of-funnel growth and customer value at scale.
• Strong data-driven and commercial approach, including defining metrics and running rapid experiments.
• Experience collaborating with machine learning experts or data scientists.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, storytelling, curiosity, and resilience.
