Patient Navigation Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for patients requiring mobile blood draws for the NavDx surveillance program.
• Coordinate appointments between patients and mobile phlebotomy vendors.
• Track testing progress in Salesforce, including kit shipment, appointment scheduling, and sample receipt.
• Contact patients to collect missing information and reschedule appointments when needed.
• Provide patient guidance, document case notes, and escalate clinical questions or unusual issues.
• Provide backup support for the Senior Patient Navigation Specialist, including inbox coverage and TRF routing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in a client-facing, administrative, or operations support role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new tools and processes.
