What you will do
- Lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, managing ARPU targets and pricing strategy.
- Analyze pricing data to identify anomalies and opportunities, proposing fixes and optimizations.
- Drive alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on pricing decisions without formal authority.
- Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling.
- Maintain country price lists in internal systems and adjust budget assumptions based on market feedback.
Requirements
- Must have legal right to work in Brazil.
- 5+ years experience in pricing, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Experience collaborating with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions.
- Strong data skills including SQL and Google Sheets proficiency.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to explain complex numbers simply.
- Professional English proficiency (B2 or above).
- Degree in economics, math, business, or related field.
