What you will do
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the Chandler Fab photo equipment area.
- Maintain photo equipment, including ASML PAS5500 scanners, Canon IW steppers, and TEL ACT8/MARK7 tracks.
- Maintain metrology equipment, including KLA 8100 SEM, KLA 5100/5200 overlay inspection systems, and KLA Archer equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
- Execute scheduled maintenance and consumable changes while supporting equipment performance and reliability.
- Complete documentation, train others, and coordinate with internal and external groups on safety and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions.
- Solid understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems.
- Problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication.
- AA, AS, or AAS in electronics or an industrial engineering-related discipline preferred; relevant experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements.
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours, work in confined spaces, stoop and crawl, and lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work compressed day or night shifts.
