Digital IC Design Senior Staff Engineer

What you will do

• Own one or more key digital blocks and lead their design from architecture definition through implementation.
• Drive block design, including area and timing optimization, lint, and CDC/RDC analysis.
• Work with verification engineers on block-level verification and align design and verification goals.
• Contribute to the development of next-generation network switches and switching-product IPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant industry experience in digital design.
• Proficiency in RTL design with Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Experience with linting, CDC/RDC, synthesis, STA, and power-optimization tools.
• Familiarity with backend flows and physical-design constraints.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification.
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and architectures.
