What you will do

• Develop strategies for winning high-stakes procurements with Partnerships, Expansion, and Finance teams.
• Learn hirify.global’s technology and product offerings and translate complex specifications into clear written content.
• Write, review, and copy-edit long-form proposals for cities, transit agencies, and other public transit providers.
• Lead competitive procurements from evaluation and content creation through review and submission.
• Research news, service announcements, scopes of work, city histories, and industry developments to produce insightful analysis.
• Manage communications with potential partners and support interviews and launches with cities and transit agencies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in roles requiring extensive, high-quality written communication.
• Undergraduate degree required; an advanced degree is preferred, particularly in the humanities or social sciences.
• Exceptional judgment, strategic intuition, and the ability to create persuasive narratives.
• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Data literacy and experience using quantitative and qualitative metrics to support arguments.
• Interest in urban studies, environmental studies, accessibility, equity, and public governance.
