TL;DR
Finance Intern (Credit): Supporting credit control, collections, reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and credit risk management for the Andean region with an accent on accounts receivable accuracy, customer creditworthiness, and compliance. Focus on investigating account discrepancies, analyzing KPIs, monitoring payment behavior, and supporting Credit Committee reviews.
Location: Bogota, Colombia; onsite work and commute required 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm

What you will do
- Support credit control and collection activities by monitoring overdue accounts and following up with customers.
- Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, resolve cash application issues, and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, credit assessments, and KPIs for credit risk management and business decisions.
- Manage activities for the Andean region portfolio, including reviewing creditworthiness and monitoring payment behavior.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, global credit policies, and local procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's studies in progress in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or International Business.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced English with fluent written and spoken communication.
- Availability for the full internship program from January 19 to June 14, 2027.
- Expected graduation in July 2027 or later.
- Must be available to work onsite in Bogota and commute 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Hiring process
- Application review: August 10–September 4, 2026.
- Video interview: August 17–September 25, followed by an interview from September 28–October 9.
