Account Manager - Golf (Sports Sponsorship)

Location: Based out of the office in Jacksonville, Florida, United States

Annual base salary: $68,000–$86,000 for LA, plus benefits and discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Support planning and execution of national, sports, entertainment, and high-touch executive events.
• Interact with clients throughout planning and during on-site event execution.
• Coordinate event pre-planning, project plans, workback schedules, status updates, event guides, run-of-shows, and recaps.
• Manage vendors, including vetting, selection, negotiations, agreements, shipping, and venue setup.
• Facilitate creative approvals for renderings, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
• Support registration, guest gifting, event logistics, budgeting, accounting, and other account administration.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and timelines under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
• Ability to travel frequently, including nights and weekends, and work early mornings or late nights as needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Experience working in the golf industry.
