Account Manager - Golf

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Jacksonville, Florida

Salary: $55,000–$69,000 annual base salary, plus benefits and discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support planning and execution of national, sports, entertainment, and executive events.
• Interact with clients during day-to-day account work and on-site event execution.
• Coordinate event pre-planning, project plans, workback schedules, status updates, event guides, and recaps.
• Manage vendor selection, agreements, negotiations, shipping, budgeting, accounting, and expenses.
• Facilitate creative approvals for renderings, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
• Manage on-site registration, venue and vendor setup, guest gifting, and event logistics; travel frequently, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage deadlines, coordinate timelines, and perform under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Experience working in the golf industry.
