Impact Specialist, Curriculum and Instruction (Bilingual) - Chicago/Midwest

Location: Remote position based in the Midwest region; candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Midwest. The role requires 60–70% multi-state travel within the assigned Midwest region, including overnight travel, and a valid driver's license.

Salary: $69,250–$118,250 per year

What you will do

• Support core curriculum adoption through product expertise, sales presentations, and educator awareness experiences in English- and Spanish-language programs.
• Advise districts on bilingual, biliteracy, and dual language curriculum models, including multilingual learner needs.
• Partner with regional field teams to monitor implementation health and address cross-language, instructional, staffing, and program coherence challenges.
• Work with school and district leaders to understand local dual language models, language allocations, and instructional priorities.
• Track implementation data, communicate project updates, and surface insights for internal teams, product development, and field support.
• Stay current on research, legislation, trends, and best practices in bilingual education, biliteracy, and dual language instruction.

Requirements

• Bilingual and biliterate proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in education focused on curriculum and instruction.
• Demonstrated experience in bilingual or dual language education, such as classroom teaching, instructional leadership, or school or district leadership.
• Strong knowledge of biliteracy development, multilingual learners, and effective instructional practices across languages.
• Bachelor's degree in education, bilingual education, a subject area, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships with remote teams, manage projects through change, and work with diverse stakeholders.
