Competence Manager (Sales Applications)

What you will do

• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for IT application development and delivery.
• Drive recruitment and sourcing activities to meet competence needs.
• Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes.
• Enable skills development and continuous learning across the team.
• Follow up on costs, forecasting, and EHS responsibilities according to delegation.
• Contribute to a high-performing and engaged organization aligned with business priorities and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Strong background in IT and people leadership.
• Experience from application development environments and modern IT organizations.
• Experience with agile ways of working and stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to navigate change, balance strategic and operational priorities, and build trust across teams and cultures.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Swedish.
