Revenue Analyst (Philippines)

Location: Remote, Philippines; overnight hours generally Tuesday through Saturday to align with U.S. business hours

Salary: $7.50–$9.50 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and portfolio performance.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and execute yield strategies with the Lead Revenue Manager.
• Forecast competitive-set RevPAR changes for the next 90–120 days and maintain financial forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals.
• Monitor market performance, communicate changes, and pivot strategies to improve RevPAR Index and profitability.
• Create weekly strategy notes covering portfolio pickup, strategy impact, recommended actions, and forecast risks and opportunities.
• Optimize length-of-stay, market segment, and source mix to increase net revenue and operating profit.

Requirements

• Experience driving revenue and optimizing pricing strategies in hospitality organizations or airlines.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, financial-acumen, and communication skills.
• Experience analyzing large volumes of data and using revenue management systems, property management systems, and related technology tools.
• Demonstrated success formulating and implementing strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and property revenue performance.
• Must be based in the Philippines and available for overnight hours aligned with U.S. business hours.
