Lock Desk Analyst (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Remote USA; Pacific Standard Time working hours required

What you will do

• Process rate lock requests in Encompass and communicate with requestors as needed.
• Process change, reprice, and extension requests while enforcing rate lock policies.
• Assist loan officers with post-lock file inquiries.
• Work with Secondary Marketing leadership on system changes, testing, and process-flow enhancements.
• Provide support for system, product, and procedural inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail, mathematical and analytical skills, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time hours to support the West Coast region.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience or equivalent coursework.
• Experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass.
• Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets experience.
